My Mission

Hi, I am Karen May Turner, a Trainee Counsellor, Mindfulness & Meditation Teacher, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Practitioner, Journal Therapist and Women's Circle Facilitator based in Wishaw. My passion for self growth and healing ignited in 2020 and has since guided me towards a path of discovery into both physical and mental well-being, As a qualified mindfulness and meditation teacher, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) practitioner, and journal therapist, I guide individuals in cultivating emotional well-being, mental clarity, and self-awareness. Through a combination of mindfulness practices, EFT, and therapeutic journaling, I help clients manage stress, overcome emotional challenges, and develop a deeper understanding of themselves. All within a safe and supportive space for personal growth, encouraging clients to embrace mindfulness and self-exploration to foster emotional healing, resilience and community
